Sending your machine

Go to DPD site HERE  (or your prefered courier)and enter the size and weight of your parcel.
You can choose to have your parcel collected from your door.
Select Deliver to the recipient and enter Our address. (Your parcel will not be left on a doorstep!)
The weight of you machine without the retained parts will be under 10Kg.
Typical charge would be £11.50 which includes £50 cover.
DPD have proven to be a reliable courier; should you wish to cover your machine for
replacement value, Secursus will provide cover of £750 for £7.50.
Please make sure that your delivery will be Monday to Friday and write the word 'sage' above the printed label.


How to send your machine.
1   Please retain the following: drip tray, tamper,(except impress) portafilter handle, bean hopper and water tank.
2   remove any remaining beans from the grinder.  
3  Enclose your name address, contact details and a description of the fault(s)
4  Please indicate which repair option you require.
5  Use suitable protection around your machine and secure adequately.
Note: We will contact you to advise the total repair cost before carrying out the work.
We will contact you before returning your machine to make sure that you will be home or have a safe place to have your parcel left.

Got Questions?

Upon receipt of your machine, it will be inspected and tested to determine
the total repair cost. (normally 2-3 days) if instructed, the work will be
carried out promptly (subject to parts availability)

The repair, not the machine, will be guaranteed for 6 months

Currently, We only offer repairs to Sage Barista Express range.



Should your machine need repairs that exceed its value or your budget,
We will return your machine for the the charge of postage only or dispose
of it.

No, we are unable to offer used machines.

No. Only Barista Express or Express impress, any other machine sent will be returned
without examination after payment of return postage.
